Our music and arts sessions aim to increase community participation for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Leicester through fun and creative intercultural interfaith activities.
Leicester is home to many faiths, such as Christians, Hindus, Muslims, as well as many refugees and asylum seekers. Through stories, creative arts and food, we will build new friendships and share experiences that have shaped our life in the UK.
Our events welcome men and women of all ages, ethnicity and background. We ensure a safe and welcoming environment for accompanied children.
If Near Neighbours sounds like it could be for you, please come along to our next event!
Near Neighbours sessions are held fortnightly on Friday evenings from 17:00 to 19:30 at the Chapel Café, 10A Bishop Street, Leicester, LE1 6AF.
