Near Neighbours Project

- / -

Afro Innovation has received funding from the Church Urban Fund to run a series of music and arts sessions for refugees and the local community.

Our music and arts sessions aim to increase community participation for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants in Leicester through fun and creative intercultural interfaith activities.

Leicester is home to many faiths, such as Christians, Hindus, Muslims, as well as many refugees and asylum seekers. Through stories, creative arts and food, we will build new friendships and share experiences that have shaped our life in the UK.

INCLUSIVE EVENTS FOR ALL

Our events welcome men and women of all ages, ethnicity and background. We ensure a safe and welcoming environment for accompanied children.
