Lead to Change is a collaborative network led by Afro Innovation Group, bringing together migrant-led organisations across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland to share insight, strengthen partnerships and influence positive change for the communities we serve.
WHAT IS LEAD TO CHANGE?
The organisations closest to our communities understand their challenges, strengths and aspirations better than anyone. Lead to Change creates a dedicated space for migrant-led organisations to come together, share experiences and work collaboratively to influence the decisions that shape local communities.
Together, we'll identify common challenges, explore emerging needs and develop collective recommendations that help improve services, inform policy and create better opportunities for the people we support.
