Who we support

We support individuals and families facing challenges related to:

  • Immigration and asylum matters

  • Housing and homelessness

  • Benefits and financial hardship

  • Safeguarding concerns

  • Wellbeing and mental health

  • Community support and integration

What happens after you make contact with us

Step 1: Initial Review

A team member reviews your referral and checks the type of support needed.

Step 2: Urgency Assessment

We assess:

  • Level of risk or urgency

  • Your location (Leicester or outside Leicester)

  • The nature of the issue

Urgent safeguarding or risk cases are prioritised.

Step 3: Contact & Next Steps

We will contact you to:

  • Arrange an appointment (drop-in or booked, depending on location and availability)

  • Request any additional information

  • Signpost if another service is more appropriate

Appointments are arranged following assessment.

Response Time

We aim to respond within 24 hours, prioritising urgent cases.
