What happens after you make contact with us
Step 1: Initial Review
A team member reviews your referral and checks the type of support needed.
Step 2: Urgency Assessment
We assess:

Level of risk or urgency
-
Your location (Leicester or outside Leicester)

The nature of the issue
Urgent safeguarding or risk cases are prioritised.
Step 3: Contact & Next Steps
We will contact you to:

Arrange an appointment (drop-in or booked, depending on location and availability)

Request any additional information

Signpost if another service is more appropriate
Appointments are arranged following assessment.

We aim to respond within 24 hours, prioritising urgent cases.
