Our Advice & Casework service provides practical guidance, advocacy and one-to-one support for individuals and families facing urgent or complex challenges.

We focus on safe information, structured problem-solving, and trusted referral pathways to help people stabilise their situation and move forward.

How We Can Help

  • Triage and structured problem-solving for urgent issues

  • Advocacy with statutory services and other agencies

  • Support navigating immigration, housing or welfare systems

  • Form-filling and digital navigation support where appropriate

  • Support understanding letters, deadlines and processes

  • Warm referrals to specialist legal, health or safeguarding services

  • Ongoing casework where risk or complexity requires structured follow-up
