Our Health Access & Wellbeing service supports individuals facing barriers to healthcare and community-based wellbeing support.

We work in culturally sensitive and trauma-informed ways to help people access appropriate services, reduce isolation and strengthen their overall stability.

  • Assistance completing relevant forms or documentation

  • Guidance preparing for appointments where appropriate

  • Signposting to community wellbeing groups and initiatives
